Our branding and marketing work for Nomad Wheelchairs has been nominated for a Canmol award. This year’s event will be held in the Park Plaza Hotel, Cardiff on Thursday 15 October 2009.

Mcnaughton Review 2009

Elfen’s Creative Director Guto Evans has been selected as one of this years Mcnaughton Review design Judges, “After a lot of success in the competition since 2000, it’s fantastic to be selected as a judge. It will be a chance to see the best work from across the UK.”

Not so fresh news!

Back in September last year we visited Manchester for the Fresh Awards 2008. We picked up a Bronze Award for the Cwmni Da branding, and highly commended for the Ffotogallery book, it was a fantastic night at the Imperial War Museum.

Elfen’s branding work for Sherman Theater has reached the shortlist for the Canmol Marketing Awards 2008. There winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in Cardiff on the 9th of October.

The Awards are a celebration of excellence in ideas and execution, and one of the winners will be chosen to represent Wales in The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK Awards to be held in Spring 2009.

Elfen is Bilingual Company of the Year!

On the 23 May, Cardiff International Arena hosted the prestigious Western Mail Business Awards 2008, and Elfen scooped the award for 2008 Bilingual Company of the Year! “BT and HSBC where previous winners of this award so we’re really proud to have won. “ Said Guto Evans Elfen’s Creative Director.

The award demonstrates Elfen’s commitment to effective bilingual communication, and recognised that Elfen have helped big and small companies develop their graphic communication effectively for over ten years…..

Business Awards / Gwobrau Mewn Busnes

On the 23 May, Cardiff International Arena will host the Western Mail Business Awards 2008, and Elfen have been nominated for an award! The tuxedo has been used a lot recently, we’ve had a lot of success in some high profile design awards, but these awards are slightly different as they are focused on the best businesses in Wales, so we’re really proud to be nominated. These days it takes more than award winning design to create a successful creative business. So continuing our 10 year celebration of creativity at Elfen we’re looking forward to the awards evening…..

More awards

The National Review Design Awards took place over the weekend at the prestigious Gleneagles resort. Elfen where highly commended at the awards in the best design using a recyled paper categori. The judges commented “A beautifully crafted self promotional piece”. The event was organised by Mcnaughton Paper and included 5 star treatment for the whole weekend…….

Review Awards

The National Review Design Awards judging event took place at the Royal Spa Centre, Leamington Spa, on 8th January 2008. The Independent panel of judges, drawn form some of the most respected design agencies in the country, had over 1,000 entries to review. Elfen have have been selected as one of the finalists. The event will take place 8-9th of March 2008 at the prestigious Gleneagles resort where the winners will be announced.
